1.In the references read above, Government have constituted the high- level Celebrations Committee under the Chairmanship of the Hon’ble Minister for WCD&SC for organizing the celebrations of International Women’s Day in a befitting manner.
2. The Celebrations Committee has proposed the following list of eminent Women working in various fields to be honoured on the occasion of International Women’s Day on 8th March, 2018:
