1. From the Commissioner of School Education, A.P, Lr.No.64/
MDM/2018, dt. 22/5/2018
2. G.O.Rt.No.1239, Finance (FMU.Education) Department, dt:31/5/2018.
In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of School Education,
A.P. has informed that total required amount of Rs.27.42 Crores could not be
claimed at Mandal level due to shortage of funds to claim entire Mandal’s requirements. The cooking cost upto April 2018 for classes IX & X is pending for
payment as the budget released during the financial year 2017-18 lapsed. Hence, she has requested to release additional budget of Rs.27.42 crores for clearing pending bills for IX & X classes pertaining to the year 2017-18 under MDM programme.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, Finance Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.27,42,00,000/-(Rupees Twenty Seven Crores Forty Two Lakhs only) as additional funds 2018-19 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards clearing the pending bills pertaining to the year 2017-18 for IX & X classes under MDM Programme.

4. The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary action accordingly.

In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (FMU.Education) Department vide reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.27,42,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Crores Forty Two Lakhs only) as additional funds 2018-19 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards clearing the pending bills pertaining tothe year 2017-18 for IX & X classes under MDM Programme.
4. The Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh shall take necessary action accordingly.
