Rayalaseema University declares RUPGCET results after the written test is conducted as per the prescribed schedule. Date for release of RUPGCET 2018 result is not out yet. However, in 2017 the result for the entrance exam was out on June 2.
Candidates can check their RUPGCET 2018 result and download their rank cards from the official website of the university using their hall ticket number. The result for RUPGCET exam will contain details such as name, roll number, qualifying status, and marks secured by the candidate.
Minimum marks that candidates need to score in order to clear RUPGCET exam is 25. However, it may be noted that there are no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ ST candidates.
Tie-break
In case, there is a tie between marks of two candidates, it will be resolved on the basis of marks obtained in Section C of the exam. If the tie still persists, it will be resolved on the basis of marks obtained in Section B. In case of a further tie, candidate who is senior in age will be given a higher rank.
All candidates qualifying the written entrance test will be called for the counselling round. At the counselling session, candidates will be allotted seats in their respective courses on the basis of their ranks.
