Telangana school education will be released on 08/06/2018(Friday) or 09/06/2018(Saturday). Candidates from June 19 to 22 will be counseling. Students will have to give colleges and courses options. Certificate Verification is conducted in respective colleges.
Online applications for appearing at the Telangana State Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test (TS DEECET–18) to be conducted by Dept. of School Education. Govt. of Telangana are invited from an eligible candidate who intend to take admission into 2-years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed.) in Government District Institutes of Education & Training (D.I.E.Ts) & Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions in the state.
DEECET-2018 Fee and submission of Application:
The fee prescribed for appearing for TS DEECET-18 to be conducted online is Rs. 350/- (Rs. Three Hundred & Fifty Only). The Candidate can pay the fees through payment Gateway between 21/4/2018 to 10/5/2018 and submit the online application at the TSDEECET website http://deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in between 21/4/2018 to 10/5/2018.
DEECET 18 Eligibility Criteria for Admission:-
Candidates should be of Indian Nationality. The candidates should satisfy the Local/Non Local status requirements as laid down in Telangana Educational Institution (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974 as amended from time to time.
Candidates should have secured a rank in Telangana DEECET-18 and should satisfy the educational qualifications as shown at 5 (D) below for allotment of Seats in Govt DIETs & Category ‘A’ & ‘B’ seats in Private Elementary Teacher Education Institutions.
Schedule-TSDEECET-2018:
For obtaining a rank, the candidate belonging to “OC” and “BC” Communities shall secure 35 % (percent)-marks in DEECET. For SC&ST there shall be no min-Qualifying marks for allotment of seats reserved under respective categories. That is to say, candidates belonging to SC & ST Communities should secure 35 % (percent) of marks for consideration against seats under OC/NCC/Defence Personnel or their children and spouses/Sports category
