TSICET Phase 1 Counselling, Web options, Certificate Verification.

ICET Admission Counseling Start From 30-06-2018. The official schedule will announce on 30th June 2018. Fee Payment & Self-Reporting:
TSICET Phase 1 Counselling, Web options, Certificate Verification:
Higher Education Department for admission into the first year a) M.B.A. and b) M.C.A. for the academic year 2018-19 in the State of Telangana. Telangana State will be for eligible applicants through ONLINE MODE by Kakatiya University. On behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education vide G.0. Ms. No. 25, Date: 19.3.2004.

TS ICET Counselling Dates 2018:
  • TSICET Counselling dates 30th June to 4th July 2018.
  • Document/certificate verification: 2nd July to 4th July 2018.
  • Option Entry to begin from 2nd July to 5th July 2018.
  • Change of option: 5th July 2018.
  • The release of allotment: 7th July 2018.
Counseling process of TS ICET 2018:
Report the help centers for document verification.
Candidates & availability of seats and merit, suitable seats will be allotted to admit students.
The requisite fee & report to the college allotted to them.
The Total number of seats offered for admissions are 23,358 for all categories combined.
However, the TS-ICET cutoff 2018 will vary depending on the categories ranging from General to SC/ST & OBC.

Stages of Counselling Telangana ICET:
Document Verification, Options Entry, Seat Allotment, Payment of fees & self-reporting.
Document Verification:
Candidate needs to attend the document verification in person at the help centers prescribed by the TS ICET-18 exam authority. During document verification, Aadhaar card details will be verified. Candidates from General category who has secured 50% in Graduation or equivalent exam are eligible for admission. 45% is the minimum qualifying score for candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC category students. The processing fees are Rs. 1,000 for General category, while it is Rs. 500 for ST/SC category. These fees have to be paid at the time of document verification at the help center.

Important Documents:
All Original certificates & 2-sets of Xerox copies of the following are needed to complete the verification process.
TS ICET-18 Rank Card.
TS ICET-18 Hall Ticket.
Aadhaar Card.
Degree marks memos & pass certificate.
Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate.
SSC or its equivalent Marks memo.
IX to Degree Study Certificates.
Transfer Certificate (TC).
Income Certificate issued on after 1st January 18, by competent authority, if applicable. Caste-Certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
Physically Challenged/ National Cadet Corps/ Children of Armed Forces Personnel/ Sports and Games/ Minority certificate, if applicable.
Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for ten years in case of Non-local candidates.
Residence certificate of candidates for seven years preceding to qualifying examination in the case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
The certificate verification process and the Aadhaar Details (fingerprint Biometric) will be verified with the UIDAI at the Help Line Centres.
PH (Physically Handicapped), CAP (Children of Armed Personnel), Anglo- Indian, Sports & Games, NCC (National Cadet Corps) should attend for Certificate Verification only at Sankethika Vidya Bhavan, Masab Tank, Hyderabad, as per the dates are given in the Schedule.

Options Entry:
  1. The candidate has to generate a password. Click on the ‘Candidates registration’ tab to generate the password. Enter details like ROC form number, TS ICET18 Hall Ticket number, rank, & date of birth.
  2. After completing the registration and generating the password, click on candidates login for exercising the options.
  3. Now enter login ID, hall ticket number, password and date of birth and click on ‘Sign in.’
  4. Select 1 or more districts for display of colleges in those districts.
  5. Click on ‘Display Option Entry form.’
  6. The university colleges, girl colleges, and minority institutions are displayed in different colors.
  7. The candidate has to enter their admit card number.
  8. Enter the option numbers in the boxes on the screen against the colleges.
  9. Click on save options at regular intervals.
  10. After entry of options, click on logout button.
Seat Allotment:
The allotment will be processed as per merit, category, gender, local area & special reservation.
To download the allotment orders, enter the login ID number, Hall ticket number, password, and Date of Birth.
Fee Payment & Self-Reporting:
The candidate has to pay requisite fee to accept his allotment through self-reporting system. Click on ‘Accept my joining.’ Joining report containing the admission number is generated. Candidates have to take its printout & submit along with the allotment order at the defined college.
