In the reference read above the Commissioner of Health & Family

Welfare, A.P. Gollapudi, Vijayawada informed that there are 7606 Sub-centres
are existing in the State of Andhra Pradesh in which regular ANM/MPHA (F)
posts are sanctioned in 7606 sub-centres and 1021 additional ANMs are
working as contract ANMs in 1021 sub-centres newly created/sanctioned
through reorganization under European Commission Sector Investment
Programme vide G.O.Ms.No.220, HM&FW(D1) Department, Dated 16.06.2003.
The Government of India is reimbursing the expenditure towards salary
of all regular ANMs/ MPHA(F) working in 7606 sub-centres.

2. The Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, A.P. Gollapudi,
Vijayawada has requested the Government to accord permission to fill up 1900
ANM/MPHA (F) existing vacancies and future arising vacancies as on date of
notification on regular basis.
3. The Government after carefully examination of the matter hereby
accorded permission to fill up the 1900 ANM/MPHA(F) existing vacancies on
regular basis. The salary of the above mentioned posts shall be drawn under
the Head of Account “2211-Family Welfare, MH-101-Rural Family Welfare
Services, GH-10-Centrally Sponsored Scheme, SH(09)-Sub-Centres, 010-
Salaries”.
4. The Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, A.P. Gollapudi,
Vijayawada and Director of Public Health and Family Welfare, A.P. Gollapudi,
Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly.
5. This order issued with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide
their U.O.No.Fin01-30028/31/2018(HR.I)-FINANCE, Dt.07/06/2018
