Higher Education – Andhra Pradesh Technical Education Services – Postings of
certain Senior Lecturers on promotion as Heads of Sections in Government
Polytechnics for the panel years 2011-12 and 2016-17 – Orders – Issued.

Read the following:-
1. G.O.Ms.No.24, H.E (TE) Department, dated: 20-07-2018.
2. From the Spl. C.T.E., Vijayawada, Lr.No.EHE02-13037/51/2018-C SECCTE,
dt:01-08-2018.
In the reference first read above, orders have been issued for approving and
promoting the names of Senior Lecturers to the posts of Heads of Sections in
Government olytechnics for the panel years 2011-12 and 2016-17.
2. In the reference second read above, the Special Commissioner of Technical
Education, A.P., Vijayawada has furnished proposals for posting of certain Senior
Lecturers on Promotion as Heads of Sections and requested the Government for
necessary orders.
3. After careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby posting to the
following Senior Lecturers on promotion as Heads of Section in Government
Polytechnics in the scale of pay of Rs.37400 – 67000 with AGP of Rs.9000/- in AICTE
Scales of pay, 2006.
a. Dr. N. Chandra Sekhar, Senior Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, Government
Polytechnic, Amadalavalasa is temporarily promoted as Head of Mechanical
Engineering Section and posted at Government Polytechnic, Visakhapatnam in
the existing vacancy.
b. Dr. Shaik Sahil Babu, Senior Lecturer in Electronics and Communication
Engineering, Government Polytechnic, Addanki is temporarily promoted as Head
of Electronics and Communication Engineering Section and posted against the
vacancy of HCCP at Government Polytechnic for Women, Nellore.
c. Dr.G,Tejeswara Rao, Senior Lecturer in English, Government
Polytechnic,Srikakulam is temporarily promoted as Head of General Section and
posted at Government Polytechnic, Parvathipuram in the existing vacancy.
4. The Special Commissioner of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take further action accordingly.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (DCM.III) Department as per rules.
