PROCEDURE ADAPTED FOR ONLINE A APPLICATIONS OF THE STUDENTS IS DETAILED BELOW
Open the website of Directorate of Government Examinations Andhra Pradesh www.bseap.org
Click on the ‘SSC Nominal Rolls-March 2019 Regular link’
Click the download the ‘SSC Nominal rolls-usermanual’
Read the user Manual thoroughly before
proceeding further.
After click on the ‘SSC Nominal Rolls-March
2019 Regular link’ you will et the login page
Login with your user Name (School U-DISE Code),Password(Maintained by the concerned school) and enter the
‘Captcha Number ’ in the below column showing on the screen and click on the ‘Submit Button’
You will get the Next page
In That page click the 4th one means ‘Others button’ and drop down box select the 2nd one means ‘SSCNOMINAL ROLLS’
You will get the ‘SSC NOMINAL ROLL

in that page Details of the school code, schoolName, Class Management, Category,Area,District Name,Mandal Name, village Name, school U-DISE code, Section
code And click on the ‘Get students’ button
You will get the next page.
To open the particular student details click on the edit button and open the particular student details.
After click on the ‘edit button’ the screen
windows the ‘EDIT PROFILE OF THE
STUDENT’
Then the head masters shall EDIT all the fields in the online NR Applications of The Student IF Necessary Except Child ID and Aadhar Number of the students
After filling all the details of the students
click on ‘update button’ and then the
window shown the text message as
‘student ssc NR details updated successfully’ and click the ‘ok button’
After editing the required fields click on confirm button.Before clicking the confirm button please recheck onceagain because after clicking the confirmation button it
cann’t be edited again. Please find the confirmationbutton in the screen shot below.
On selecting view image option, you can view the uploaded image and signature of the student as shown in the below figure.
When You click on the view images you will get theupload photo and sign page that is shown in the below figure.
The upload image must be in 10-15kb only.
After uploading the photo and sign select the print button to get the individual application of the student .
Take the print out of the individual application of thes tudent. After click on the print you get the below page
Click on the print button you will get the print out thestudents
After confirmation of the complete data of the students of the school, take the print out by selecting ‘SSCNOMINAL ROLL CONFIRMED REPORT ’ Option by
clicking 3rd one in the OTHERS BUTTON.
Note : Enclose the following documents and submit them to the Deputy Educational officer concern.

- 1.Original challan of examinations fee payment.
- 2.Figure statement.
- 3.Opening permission/ETRs in respect of private/Aided and additional sections sanction order copy's if any.
- 4.Age condonation order if any.
- 5.Original PH certificates if any.
- 6.Second language exemption certificates in respect of out of state candidates if any.
- 7.Fee Exempted students list.
