All the HMs of Govt, ZP, MPl, Aided, AP Residential, APSWR, APTW, KGBV’s, APMS, APBCW schools and Private management schools are informed that JNNSMEE, District Level Science Fair is scheduled to conduct on 10th and 11th of December, 2018 at “KL University”. So you are requested to make your students and teachers to participate in this competition with out fail.

The main theme for this Exhibition is ” Scientific solutions for challanges in life”.Sub – themes are
Agriculture and organic formingHealth & CleanlinessResource managementWaste managementTransport and CommunicationMathematical modelling
The Exhibits are presented under three categories
i) Individual exhibits ( one student + one guide teacher) by students in the six themes
ii) Group exhibits ( Two students + one guide teacher) by students on the six sub themes
iii) Teacher exhibits (only teacher)

Guidelines for District-Level-Science-Exhibition-Guntur-December-10th-11th
The schedule of District Level Science & Mathematics Environment Exhibition Children (DLSMEEC) 2018 should be intimated to this office before commencing the programme.
Nominations should be called from all the schools of all managements in their respective districts for Divisional Level Exhibition duly communicating the themes and sub-themes.
There is no limit to the number of students to participate in the Divisional Level from each school for every sub-theme.
The District Exhibition should be organized with the projects (or) models selected at Divisional Level exhibition.
A panal of judges may be appointed as per the requirement to evaluate exhibits / models as per the proforma VI in the Divisional Level and District Level exhibition.
Selection of exhibits / projects are of three types :
Individuals exhibits by students on the six sub-themes.Group exhibits by students on the six sub-themes.Teachers exhibits.
Instructions should be given to the students to submit a Write up along with each exhibit / model as per the model given in Proforma-I.
