University affiliated college/ Autonomous Colleges of Same affiliated University/Inter State transfers at IInd year stage for the academic year 2018-19 on medical grounds – Permission accorded – Orders – Issued.

Read the following:-
1. G.O.Ms.No.122, Higher Education (EC.II) Department, dt: 01-09-2005
2. From the Spl.CTE Lr.No.EHE02-17031/23/ 2018-AD-E,H-CTE letter dated.30.10.2018
 In the reference 2nd read above, theSpecial Commissioner of Technical Education, A.P., Vijayawada has proposed(1)student transfer of Professional College from one affiliated University college to another affiliated University college/ Autonomous Colleges of same affiliated University/Inter State transfers at IInd year stage for the academic year 2018-19 in respect of B.Tech. Course on Medical grounds with No Objection Certificates of concerned Institutions.

2. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord permission for (1) student transfer/Interstate student transfer from one Professional College to other Professional College for the academic year 2018-19 on Medical grounds in relaxation of para.4 (4) & (7) of G.O.1st read above, subject to study the subjects mentioned against their names, and the details of students are appended to this order in Annexure.
3. The Special Commissioner of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the
matter.
