ELECTIONS – Special Drive for inclusion of leftover eligible citizens and who have 

completed 18 years to enroll as Voters – Honorarium to BLOs and other activities - 

Allocation of funds to the District Election Officers – Orders – Issued. 

GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (ELECTION.C) DEPARTMENT G.O.RT.No. 38 Dated: 04-01-2019  Read the following:

ORDER:

 In pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above and in 

continuation to the orders issued in the reference 2nd,3rd and 4th read above, 

sanction is hereby accorded to incur an expenditure of Rs. 8,64,76,500/- 

[Rupees Eight crore sixty four lakh seventy six thousand and five hundred 

only] to all the 13 District Election Officers as 4th quarter as shown in the 

Annexure to this order to meet the expenditure on printing charges etc., for Special Drive for inclusion of leftover eligible citizens and who have completed 18 years to enroll as Voters and Honorarium to the Booth Level Officers @ Rs.1500/- each in 

Andhra Pradesh and remuneration to the Supervisors.

completed 18 years to enroll as Voters – Honorarium to BLOs and other activities 

2. The District Election Officers are instructed to observe utmost economy in 

expenditure and ensure that there is no lapse of funds by closely monitoring the 

incurring of expenditure. 

3. The expenditure sanctioned in Para-1 above shall be debited to “2015-Elections – MH-108 Issue of Photo Identity Cards to Voters – SH (04) Photo Identity Cards to Voters” and shall be met from out of the funds provided n B.E.2018-19. 

4. All the District Election Officers are requested to pay Honorarium @ Rs.1500/- each (4th Quarter) to Booth Level Officers in A.P. from out of the funds now released under “280 Professional Services / 284 Other payments”. 

5. All the District Election Officers are also requested to furnish the expenditure 

particulars for the amounts now released immediately after their incurrence. No 

further funds will be released without receipt of expenditure particulars for the 

amounts released vide this G.O. 

 6. All the District Treasury Officers are requested to admit the bills in audit to 

the extent of funds now sanctioned and released. 

7. This order issues does not require the concurrence of the Finance (FMU.GAD.I) Department, as per the orders issued in G.O. 1st read above.
