Do you have a MyJio App on your mobile?

Need a Loan?  Need a credit card?  Will you buy the plot?  Do you often receive marketing and promotional calls?  Is your inbox filled with sms that come with similar offers?  You can block such promotional calls and SMS.  This feature can be activated very simply while on Geo Phone.  Learn how.

1. Troy designed the DND-Do Not Disturb feature to block marketing and promotional calls.  Most people don't know how to activate this feature.  Geo users can easily activate this feature.

2. Do you have a Geo Phone?  Do you use Geo Sim?  However, activate the DND-Do Not Disturb feature.Open My Geo App on your phone.  If your phone is connected to WiFi, connect the WiFi dis and turn on the mobile data.

3. Click the Three Lines on the left top and open the Settings page.  It has many options.

4. Open Service Settings.  The Do Not Disturb option appears.

5. Do not Disturb Click on that option Open My Geo App You will see several settings related to Do Not Disturb.  Select FULL DND and you will not receive any promotional calls or SMS.  Apart from FULL DND, there are different options like banking, health and education.  If you don't want any promotional messages and calls, you should turn off that option.

6. Once your settings are complete, DND Request will go.  Reference number will come in mail and sms.  Your DND activation will be completed within a week.  You will not receive promotional calls or SMS after Do Not Disturb is activated.

7. DND service is offered by all telecom companies.  However, Geo subscribers can easily activate the DND service through the My JIO App.
