Kind attention of All the Regional Joint Director of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference cited wherein the guidelines along with SoPs are communicated to all the field functionaries regarding functioning of schools from 2nd November, 2020 in graded manner.
In view of the above, as per Section 29 of RTE Act 2009 and section 25 of reference 2nd cited, the SCERT in the capacity of Academic Authority, has prepared the Academic Calendar for 2020-21 (IX & X Classes) with detailedg uidelines and suggestions. The Academic Calendar is prepared by Redefining Teaching, Learning and Assessment to achieve desired Learning Outcomes. Keeping in view of the school timings preferred in the month ofNovember a separate time table is furnished exclusively for the month of November for both schools as well as for students with suggested activities at home. Subject wise outcome based activities for class room teaching and home based learning are suggested in the Calendar.
Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are requested to disseminate the Academic Calendar 2020-21 ( IX & X Classes) to all the High Schools under all Managements with an instruction to adhere the Academic Calendar as well as COVID-19 protocol.
