*🌷Guidelines on Holidays🌷*
The headmasters/teachers of all primary and upper primary schools in addition to the headmasters of high schools to complete the following tasks on or before 30.04.2021.
*a.Headmasters of all Primary & Upp.Primary Schools have to upload the Formative Assessment – I (FA-I) and Formative Assessment – II(FA-II) Marks list in the https://studentinfo.ap.gov.in and prepare the promotion lists and handover to the Mandal Educational Ofcers concerned.
*The Headmasters shall leave for vacation only after completion of the above task, those who will not upload and handover the lists, they shall not be allowed to leave for vacation.
*b. The Headmasters of Upp.Primary Schools and High Schools where Nadu-Nedu Phase-I works are pending, they shall complete the all the pending work and record work on or before 30.04.2021.
*c. All Teachers and Headmasters are requested to upload the UDISE+ data for the year 2020-21 as per the instructions issued by this ofce vide ref 17th cited.
*d. All Headmasters of Upp.Primary (Present 8th Class – Promoting to Class 9th for next academic year) and High Schools (Present Classes 8th, 9th and 10th promoting to next classes) are requested to upload the requirements of Laptops as per the instructions issued by this ofce vide ref 16th cited.
*e. Those Headmasters where Nadu-Nedu Phase-I works are completed they have to make necessary arrangements for safe protection of assets already built under Nadu-Nedu.*
*f. The Director, MDM & School Sanitation shall issue necessary instructions with regard to unutilized eggs, chikkies and ration etc.,
