All the District Educational Officers and the Principals of AP Model Schools in theState are here by informed that admission schedule of students into the Model Schools forthe Classes VI were issued vide reference 4thread above. Also, orders were issuedextending the last date upto (15-07-2021) for receipt of online applications for admissioninto Class VI and Intermediate vide reference 5thread above.

Keeping in view of the above extension orders issued, the revised schedule foradmission in to Class VI is proposed as follows and all the District Educational Officers arerequested to follow the below revised schedule and complete admission process by28.07.2021 without any deviation.

1.Last date for payment of Registration fee 15.07.2021

2.Last date for Acceptance of online application 15.07.2021

3.Publication of Online applicants list 16.07.2021

4.School wise lots will be cnducted at District level 19.07.2021 to 24.07.2021

5. Publication of Selection List 26.07.2021

6.Certificate Verification 27.07.2021

7.Date of Commencement of Classes will be intimate later

Hence, all the District Educational officers and Principals of AP Model Schools areonce again requested to gear up the admission process by giving wide publicity in newspapers and local T.V Channels, door to door campaigning and by distributing of Pamphlets etc., duly utilizing the services of teaching staff available in the schools and also the Cluster Resource Persons under Samagra Shiksha as the last date is coming closer.

In view of the above, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to ensure that care should be taken during the admission process of children into Class-VI without any deviation in following rule of reservation, filling up of unfilled vacancies by other category etc., as orders issued by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.32 dated 29.06.2020 and furnish the list of selected candidates to this office.
