The DA shall be paid in  cash  with  salary  from  July,  2021  onwards.  

The  arrears  on  account  of payment of DA  for the period from 1st, January 2019 to 31st June, 2021(30 Months) shall be credited to the GPF  of the respective employees in three equal installments from Jan 2019 to June 31st 2021(30Months) Onwards 

The  arrears  on  account  of payment of DA  for the period from 1st, January 2019 to 31st June, 2021(30 Months) shall be credited to the
CPS in Three installments from Jan 2019 to June 31st 2021(30Months) Onwards
