In partial modifcation of the instructions issued in the ref 3rd cited, all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, the activities suggested at ParaNo.4 (Sl.No.2 & 3) are re-examined with respect to physical attendance of students to schools for attending baseline test and modifed as below
2. Further, all activities suggested in ref 3rd cited are for all schools under all managements except private un-aided.
3. Therefore, all RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to take necessary action accordingly.
సవరించబడిన ఉత్తర్వులు
ది.27.07.2021 నుండి ది.31.07.2021 వరకూ పాఠశాలల్లో బేస్ లైన్ పరీక్ష నిర్వహించు నిమిత్తం రోజుకి 50 మందికి మించకుండా విద్యార్థులను పాఠశాలకు పిలిపించాలనే ఉత్తర్వులు సవరిస్తూ నిన్నటి రోజు రాత్రి డైరెక్టర్ గారు,పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ వారు సవరించిన ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు.
సవరించిన ఉత్తర్వుల ప్రకారం..
విద్యార్థులను ఎట్టి పరిస్థితులలోనూ పాఠశాలలకు పిలిపించరాదు.
తల్లిదండ్రుల ద్వారా వారి పిల్లలకు బేస్ లైన్ పరీక్ష పేపర్లు పంపవలెను
విద్యార్థులు ది.27.07.2021 నుండి ది.31.07.2021 వరకూ వారికి సౌకర్యవంతంగా ఉండు సమయాలలో బేస్ లైన్ పరీక్ష వ్రాస్తారు.
విద్యార్థులు పరీక్ష వ్రాసిన పిదప వానిని వారి తల్లిదండ్రుల ద్వారా తెప్పించుకొని ది.28.07.2021 నుండి ది.03.08.2021 వరకూ సదరు పరీక్ష పేపర్లు సంబంధిత ఉపాధ్యాయులు మూల్యాంకనం చేయవలెను.
మిగతా కృత్యములన్నీ ప్రైవేట్ అన్ ఎయిడెడ్ పాఠశాలలు మినహా అన్ని యాజమాన్యాల పాఠశాలలు పాటించాలి.
