 Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar Online Apply Link – Mobile App Steps to Apply – Instructions -Process to Identify and Recognise Schools

The Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar has been instituted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India to recognize, inspire and celebrate excellence in sanitation and hygiene practice in schools. The purpose of the SVP is to honor schools that have undertaken significant steps towards fulfilling the mandate of the Swachh Vidyalaya Campaign. SVP is based on IT enabled assessment of WASH infrastructure, hygienic practices and COVID-19 appropriate behaviour.

All Government, Government aided and private schools from both rural and urban areas are invited to apply for the Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar

The registration of schools would be done with the UDISE+ code of the school .

Schools will first complete the primary information section in the prescribed format and submit.

*పాఠశాలల ప్రత్యేకతలను ప్రామాణికంగా తీసుకుని పురస్కారాలిచ్చేందుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధమయింది . పచ్చదనం, పరిశుభ్రత, విద్యార్థుల ప్రతిభ, జాతీయ, రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిల్లో దక్కిన గౌరవం వంటి అంశాల ఆధారం గా ఈ పురస్కారం వరిస్తుంది .

*దీనికోసం ప్రభుత్వం రెండు ప్రత్యేక యాప్ లు ప్రవేశ పెట్టింది .

అందించాల్సిన వివరాలివీ ..

*ప్రస్తుత విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించి అహ్వానిస్తున్న ఈ దరఖాస్తుల్లో కొన్ని వివరాలను సమర్పించాల్సి ఉంటుంది .

*పాఠశాల యాజమా న్యం , కేటగిరీ , స్కూల్ టైప్ కో ఎడ్యుకేషన్ ) , పని వేళలు , ఎక్కడుంది , సిలబస్ , విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య , ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలున్న విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య , సిబ్బంది వివరాలు , పాఠశాల గతంలో అందుకున్న పురస్కారాలు , ఇతర ప్రత్యేకతలు తదితర అంశాలను పొం దుపరచాలి .

*తరువాత మరో తొమ్మిది అంశాలపై సర్వే వివరాలను ఆన్లైన్లోనే నివేదించాల్సి ఉం టుంది .

*తాగునీటి వసతులు , టాయిలెట్స్ , విద్యార్థుల హ్యాండ్ వాష్ నిర్వహణ , కోవిడ్ -19రెస్పాండెన్స్ , ఫొటోలు అప్లోడ్ చేసి final submission చేయాలి

పురస్కారం ఇలా ..

*మార్చి నెలాఖరులోగా వెబ్సైట్లో అడిగిన వివరాలు పొందుపర్చితే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం జిల్లాల వారీగా ఈ పురస్కారాలకు అర్హత కలిగిన పాఠశాలలను ఎంపిక చేస్తుంది .

*ఏప్రిల్ నెలాఖరులో పుర స్కారాలకు ఎంపికయిన పాఠశాలలకు రూ .50 వేల నగదు , రాష్ట్రపతి చేతుల మీదుగా ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపు పత్రం లభిస్తాయి *

* If you do not have a UDISE+ code , download the Data Capture Format (DCF) and submit at Block / District / State level office to generate the UDISE+ code .

స్వచ్చ విద్యాలయ పురస్కార్ submission గురించి కొన్ని సూచనలు:

1) High resolution తో, అనేక కోణాలలో, మంచి నాణ్యత గల ఫోటోలు తీసి, server, signal పూర్తిగా ఉన్నప్పుడు మాత్రమే upload చేయవలెను.

2) వాటర్ సర్టిఫికేట్ తప్పనిసరి. మన బడి నాడు నేడు పాఠశాలలు ఇప్పటికే వాటర్ సర్టిఫికేట్ కలిగి ఉన్నవి. ఇతర పాఠశాలలు కూడా  తప్పనిసరిగా తెప్పించుకొని upload చేయవలెను.

3) Teacher Training Certificate విభాగములో MHM/NISHTHA/DEEKSHA/అధికారులు అందచేసిన (HMతో సహ) ఏ సర్టిఫికేట్ అయినా upload చేయవచ్చు.

4) Registration పూర్తి అయి అన్నీ విభాగాలు submission అయిన తరువాతే ఫైనల్ submission చేయవలెను.

5) CWSN Toilet లేనట్లైతే దాని స్థానములో మామూలు Toilet ఫోటో వాడవచ్చు.

6) కిచెన్ గార్డెన్ లేనట్లైతే దాని స్థానములో వేరే గార్డెన్ ఫోటో వాడవచ్చు.

7) Final submission is Successful అని వచ్చిన తరువాతే  registration లో  మీరు తెలియచేసిన మెయిల్ కు OTP వస్తుంది. ఆ OTP నమోదు చేసినతరువాత మాత్రమే Successful Completion అయి ID నెంబర్ మెయిల్ కు వస్తుంది. ఈ ID వస్తేనే final submission పూర్తి అయినట్లు.

8) Final Submission ID వచ్చిన తరువాతనే గూగుల్ షీట్ లో వివరములు నమోదు చేసి సబ్మిట్ చేయవలెను. ఈ దశలు అన్నీ పూర్తి అయిన తరువాత మాత్రమే పాఠశాలకు సంబందించి వివరములు స్వచ్చ విద్యాలయ పురస్కార్-2022 లో నమోదు పూర్తి అయినట్లు.

Swachh Vidyalaya puraskar 2021-22 కు సంబందించి మండలములలో  పనిచేస్తున్న DEOPs,MISs, MLAs మరియు CRPs లకు తెలియజేయునది ఏమనగా పాఠశాలలు రిజిస్టర్ మాత్రమే చేస్తున్నారు రిజిస్టర్ తో పాటు ఫైనల్  submission కూడా చేయించవలెను అని ఆదేశించడమైనది.   

The process for identifying and recognizing schools for awards is as below:

Schools will register and submit information as per the prescribed self-assessment format for the school level information under the Annexure 1 (Section A: Primary information (for registration) & Section B: assessment categories (for survey)) made available online (http://education.gov.in → Swachh Vidyalaya → Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar 2021-22) or by downloading a mobile app, Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar 2021-22. The mobile app can be downloaded from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The registration of schools would be done with the UDISE+ code of the school.
