Formative-2 exams will start from Friday for school students. These exams will be held on Friday, Saturday and Monday. One test in the morning and another in the afternoon for the students of classes 1 to 5 should be conducted according to the 45-minute schedule.
For the students of classes 6 to 8, one exam should be conducted from 1.30 pm to 2.15 pm and another exam from 3.15 pm to 4 pm. For the students of class 9 and 10, one exam should be conducted from 9.30 am to 10.15 am and another exam from 11.15 am to 12 pm.

Since last year, the education department has been sending the question paper on WhatsApp. Last year the question paper was sent one day earlier but this time it will be sent only one hour earlier. The teacher wrote the question paper on WhatsApp and the students tested it.

In view of the commencement of Formative Assessment-2 from Friday, the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) has issued fresh instructions on the conduct of the examinations.
“There will be no OMRs for these exams. done the old fashioned way. As per the examination schedule, question papers are sent daily to the Mandal Education Officers or Principals in WhatsApp groups.
WhatsApp is received every night before 1 o'clock. The teacher should write those questions on the black board and ask the students to write them down. Two tests should be conducted per day. For the students of class 1 to 5, two exams should be conducted in the morning and afternoon. Students of classes 6 to 8 should have two exams in the afternoon.
The school education department has recently issued an amendment order on the exam schedule and question papers. According to it, the question papers for Formative Assessment-2 and Formative Assessment-4 examinations will be sent through WhatsApp.
Only for Formative Assessment-3 which will be held in between Printed question papers will be provided and all the summative exams of 100 marks will be given printed papers.The latest decision will require students to write the questions themselves along with the answers.
