Sub:-School Education Department Field visits of Principal Secretary to Government (School Education) to the districts -Certain instructions to the District Educational Officers /Regional Joint Directors of School Education - Issued.
The following general instructions are issued to all the District Educational Officers and Regional Joint Director of School Education during the field visit of Principal Secretary to Government (School Education) to the districts:-
(1). The districts authorities must be prepared for the visit of the Principal Secretary to Government (School Education).
(1) All District Educational Officers and Regional Joint Directors Of School Education must maintain programme information for the Education Department.
(H). Preparation for the distribution of TABS to the students in the eighth grade. Training to teachers, Jagananna Goru Mudda, Nadu Nedu, Jagananna Vidya Kanuka, preparation of affiliation with the CBSE Board, performance in FA 1 and 2 tests, preparation for the SA 1 test, and performance in English Medium etc.
(i). Format for collecting data in the format prescribed for department heads. In addition to the foregoing. District Educational Officers must be prepared with information regarding issues pending at District Educational Officers, Regional Joint Directors of School Education and Head of Departments.
(iv). During the visits, the primary focus will be an inspecting schools, with reviews occurring solely during inspections. There is no need to schedule any meetings at the district. office or at the guest house;
(v). While travelling or inspecting, the Principal Secretary will evaluate the activities. It is the responsibility of the RIDSES and DEO to make arrangements. RJOSES should develop their tour itinerary:
(vi). Principal Secretary will visit the schools during the school hours, from 9.00 AM to 4:00 PM. Evening visits will be To Residential Schools such as KGBVS,A.P.Residential Schools and A.P.Model ;
(vii). During the visit of the Principal Secretary (S.E), it is standard practice for department officials to be pre-occupied with protocol duties. However, the officials should participate in the inspection instead of making arrangements for food, lodging, etc;
To ensure that Regional Joint Directors of School tisucation And District Educational Officers are sued the wing induction
(a) The menu, assuming there is for the right, we as to
1.Morning 6.00 AM only one variety of Parle or Crack Jack Cuts are served with
2.Morning 8.00 AM (r) Dosa-plan (or) onion, with chutney for breakfast
3.Afternoon 1.30 PM Lunch Chapathi or Phulka one vegetable curry
4.: Evening: 5.00 PM Tea and biscuits with crackjack or parleji(one variety)
5.Evening 8.30 PM: Dinner consists of Phulka (or) Chapati With a vegetable curry, One glass of milk
Nuts that no additional arrangements will be made under any decumstances No fruits, dry fruits, but juices, non-veg or other food
stuffs have been arranged. This is the entire Menu
The accommodation will be either a boarding residential school or a Government Guest House/Hostel, There is no need to make arrangements for a hotel or lodge to stay.
4 The Regional Joint Director of School Education is responsible for following up on the tour observation and the Principal Secretary to Government (School Education) Any outstanding matters at the Head of the Department/ Government level must be brought to the attention of the Principal Secretary To Government (School Education).
